The past few (and the next few) weeks have been complete insanity. Between papers, presentations, and applications (4 out of 5 in!), I have felt stretched pretty thin. Though I've managed to get enough sleep, fit in some workouts, and get everything in on time, I am starting to lose steam. I miss having time in the morning to slowly sip on some coffee and read a book (or watch Netflix… who am I kidding!), doodle in notebooks, and be outside.
But despite the craziness, I am trying for the next few weeks to remain inspired, treat myself right, both mentally and physically, and get rid of the feelings of guilt for not working every. single. minute.
My goals for the next 2 ½ weeks (before I head home on December 18th for Christmas!) are…
~ To do 10 minutes of yoga every morning to start the day right
~ To let myself stop writing papers or applications when I just can't do it anymore
~ Spend a little extra time outside
~ Release my negativity and remember just how amazing life is because, in the spirit of Thanksgiving, I have so many things to be thankful for!
